Order Policy

My order is placed, now what?
- Once an order is placed, we put any made to order items on the production schedule. Depending on raw material stock, or delivery time, most items are ready to go in 5-7 business days, but some can take longer. We try to keep up to date lead times in the product description for each item, but some circumstances such as sudden surges of orders, or sale events, may push turn around times longer than expected.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
- We do ship to many international destinations. Common destinations are built right in to our checkout system, and shipping quotes are updated in real time during checkout. If your destination is not listed, shoot us an e-mail, and we can look in to adding it.


Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Hazard Sky has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.


I need my parts in a hurry, can you help?
- We always strive to fulfill orders as fast as we can, but if you have a specific deadline, please don't hesitate to reach out. We will accommodate as best we can.

I'd like to cancel an order.
- We understand things happen. Order cancellations can typically be processed as long as your order has not been completed already. Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation/restocking fee of 5% for in-stock items, and 10% for made to order items. To avoid unnecessary cancelations, please familiarize yourself with estimated lead times and product descriptions prior to placing an order.
